The Cape Tribulation Road was slick with heavy rain and the waterfalls, which were streaming across the road, did not help.  Then, it started raining so hard during our hike that we quickly learned the true meaning of a cyclone.  By the time we drove back down to Mossman Gorge, the downpour had subsided enough for us to hike in the rainforest there.
